If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sam and Allannah from Chelmsford Balgores were AMAZING from our very first viewing to completion. Made what should of been a very stressful process, simple and enjoyable. We will 100% be using them again and I strongly recommend any first time buyers like us to use Sam or Allannah.

Have I found the best Italian restaurant in Chelmsford with a great atmosphere. L'unico's is a great place to visit for lunch and a great evening experience. My wife had a great lunch time meal last week and phoned me saying I've just booked for Saturday evening, I will give a true experience of my evening good and what I feel can make it even better, first this is run by Charlie who I believe who's mum was from Tuscany and who has a passion for true Italian cuisine along with Italian hospitality. I chose a bread that's not on the menu (Why Not) Focaccia which is a must order "And say Terry recommended it 😂. It was the best I've had here or abroad. Had the prawns in a light chilli the prawns were not over cooked and a great size, I had the veal in a brandy sauce which was thin and tender and tasty and my wife had halibut which was great. I did say I would mention the not positive points . Vegetables missing on the mains but that was put right within minutes and I booked a table for two but the waitress staff did not remove the the extra two sets of cutlery . But who cares when you have just found a little gem of a restaurant.
