Thank you to Harry and zac who were amazing. Couldn't fault customer service today. Went for an escape room after another company let us down, it was our anniversary.
Due to staff breaks we had to wait for an escape room and was offered a complimentary crazy golf (amazing as our first date was crazy golf), while we waited.
Escape room had a couple of technical issues, but was still good fun.
Due to this was offered the second course of crazy golf so we had an escape room sandwich. Course 2 is harder....made up own rules on scoring as otherwise we would have been in the 20's. (If it comes back to the start it doesn't count), very funny as a result.
Made our day!
Cons:
The venue is very 'rustic'.
The toilets were either out of order or had no toilet paper for females.

There are so many scammers and charlatans in the rental game these days. So when a company comes along that is professional, courteous, and trustworthy, it's like a breath of fresh air.
Balgores seem to have got it right!
They obviously understand the customer - service dynamic and have addressed this by attending to their recruitment policy.
They seem to only employ exemplary people such as Jody Manno, who has been excellent throughout the rental process for us.
It is, therefore, based on her professionalism that I happily rate Balgores 5*

The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.

Had a lovely meal with my brother and aunt here! All of the food was delicious, and great portion sizes too! We highly recommend trying the special of soft shell crab & the Torte della Nonna! And the profiteroles were amazing, the best we’d ever tasted!
I only thought to get pictures when dessert came over, which I’m kicking myself for now, the soft shell crab especially was amazingly presented.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere.
I cannot wait to come back with my friends! 😋😋😋
