This family-friendly event is suitable for keen walkers of all ages and abilities and your doggy friends are also welcome! Each child will receive a wildlife card to be completed along the route. Everyone taking part will receive a t-shirt at the beginning of the event to wear on the day and a medal at the finish line.
With both options finishing at Teledyne E2V in Chelmsford, choose between two scenic canalside routes taking in the peaceful towpaths of the Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation:
• 12km ramble from Paper Mill Lock
• 24km more demanding walk from Heybridge Basin
