The Essex Shire Horse Association's Annual Show is a showcase of Britain's iconic heavy horse breeds, bringing together Shires, Suffolks, Clydesdales, Percherons, enthusiasts, families and heritage supporters for a full day of tradition, skill and spectacle. Held at the impressive Beechwood Equestrian Centre the show highlights the beauty, power and gentle nature of these magnificent heavy horses.
Visitors can enjoy a packed schedule of in hand and ridden classes, turnout and harness displays.
Alongside the equestrian programme, visitors can enjoy trade stands, food court and family activities.
