I visited to watch Guthrie Govan play in his band .. Fantastic venue. I travelled down from Newcastle upon Tyne and I’d travel again.
Great night, live music from the bands set a wonderful atmosphere. DJ played a range of music, prices seemed pretty cheap for Chelmsford
Went here on a friday evening. Staff were friendly. Toilets could do with a refurb. Not a bad place to go.
The place to go to Chelmsford for alternative music. Eclectic DJs (including myself) and bands. Always good fun and a great vibe. Great decor. Highly recommended.

Good "underground" bar. Good for live music. Good Selection of drinks and a large seating area!
Very small and intimate no stage as such and just a few seats. Some of the bands worth seeing but totally agree with comments about expensive drinks!
Good venue, however slightly pricey. Ceiling is very low hence the name but unless your over 6'2" its not a problem! Good variety of bands most nights of the week …
