Needed unusual size pressure treated timber for a swimming pool. Exceptional Service!
My wife and I order 2 tonnes of gravel for parking area outside our house.
Firstly, I ordered the wrong materials (grit!) which Phil, the Chandlers' drive spotted and thereby returned to the depot to collect 2 tonne bags of the correct gravel. Upon return, he not only delivered the bags at the scheduled time but also offered and emptied one of the bags into the car park using the truck crane, saving us a job.
Finally, as if that exceptional "going-above-and-beyond" service wasn't enough, I then received a call from Gary in Accounts to refund me the difference because the correct gravel was significantly cheaper!
I cannot rate this outstanding builders' merchants highly enough - professional, efficient and above all, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Exceptional!

We have once again to our local builders merchants and they continue to be as helpful.as usual. We get excellent advice, polite and friendly staff. There competitive prices today came as a pleasant surprise. We can't fault them. Darren has been particularly helpful recently but he is actually reflective of all the staff.

Looks small from the outside but we were looking at bathrooms and there is a surprisingly large set of displays inside. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Would strongly recommended

The member of staff who dealt with my needs could not have been more helpful. They did their very best to try to ensure I received the product which would cure the problem of a very stiff bathroom tap. On a previous occasion a telephone conversation with Chandler's bathroom advisor led to the procurement of a shower tray which my extensive on - line searching had failed to locate.
In both cases the service was very good and I recommend Chandler's without hesitation.

Big thanks to Chandlers for their help with my order of bricks. Needed an odd amount and the price per individual brick was good. Not only that but they were delivered by crane which was a big help. Customer service also good. Happy customer.

I've been using Chandler for several years. Although I'm only a private individual buying a few bits the service there is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Even during lockdown they had good systems to maintain social distancing. We really ought to support good companies like this.
