Lights on The Wall!
An ambitious project led by Hadrian's Wall Heritage aims to light up Hadrian's Wall, every 250m from Wallsend to Carlisle and Bowness on Solway on Saturday 13th March 2009.
Carlisle is to host a Welcoming The Light event.
84 miles, and 500 lights should ensure a memorable night, which, combined with Carlisle's street parades, live theatre music and processions, should give a great family night.
