The club row two or three times a week throughout the year, depending on the weather conditions.

Club night is every Wednesday at 18:00 at the Aberaeron Yacht Club or on the harbour slipway.

The other rowing times are posted on either the Yacht Club noticeboard or in the clubs' Facebook group.

Although some members row for fun or to improve their fitness, other members like to compete in the Welsh Sea Rowing Association league events around the Welsh coast in the summer.

The club also participates in other special events e.g. the Great River Race on the Thames in London and the biannual Celtic Challenge which is the world's longest true rowing race.
