Time to retire - 46 fights - 46 wins having beaten anyone who is anyone he could beat in his weight divisions.
Would Joe be one of your top 6 Welsh sportsmen of all time? For me he would rank along other greats such as Gareth Edwards, Tanni Grey Thompson and John Charles.
With nothing left to prove he should retire with his greatest performance in Madison Square Garden as a fitting closure for his career. I humbly apologise if I ever doubted you Joe.
