This year the Natural History Museum announced that their resident 21 meter long and 4.25 meter high Diplodicus named Dippy who will be retiring from being displayed, will be coming to Wales in 2018! Dippy will be touring the UK and will be visiting the National Assembly of Wales sometime after February 2018.

Dippy will spend 4 to 6 months in the National Assembly of Wales, allowing dinosaur lovers, budding paleontologist and fans of Dippy the Diplodicus to come and see him. The National Assembly of Wales will use Dippy's visit to showcase local nature and natural history collections, and to help build partnerships between cultural, scientific and wildlife organisations.

So look out for more information in the coming months and year about Dippy's visit to Wales
