Because you're worth it… on the Apprentice

There were two different styles of team management this week,  one team was a democracy and the other team was a dictatorship,

as you can imagine the the back biting and the bitchy ness started.

Without giving the results away there are lessons to be learnt.

My 3 top tips after watching the apprentice.

Choose your leader, Richard did a very good job of giving everyone a chance of coming up with ideas and most of the team felt they were valued. (You have to remember this is a game and everyone in it has a strategy to win) Simply put the girls chose the wrong leader who could talk the talk but thats where it ended.

Get Organised, again the boys had a clear message and everyone got on board because they all had a role and new what they had to do.

Believe… Natalie didn’t believe in the product and she was do the pitch. Get behind your Product if you don’t believe in your product don’t sell it, but once you decide to sell a product you have to be 100% behind it.

So its difficult to pick a winner at this point but here is my top 3 from week one. ( I had 2/3 for the final last year and the winner wasn’t my pick)

 Week One predictions

  1. Scott Saunders
  2. Selina Waterman-Smith
  3. Brett Butler-Smythe

Week Two predictions

  1. Richard Woods
  2. David Stevenson
  3. Charlene Wain
