Grandads Eat For Free This Easter
19th April 2011
... Comments

Ever hear the one about there being no such thing as a free lunch? Zut alors! Well, now there is and it's all thanks to our friends at 1181 Restaurant at the gorgeous Howfield Manor Hotel.

Grandads, or should that be grands-péres tend to be overlooked. With only Clive Dunn's eponymous hero, beloved by children and the man who advertises Werther's Originals, grandads traditionally get a raw deal.

Not anymore. In an astonishing streak of generosity, those ultra-talented Parisian chefs at 1181 Restaurant have cooked-up a deal that will have people driving, walking and wheeling grandads up the impressive, level grounds to partake in food well worth talking about.

Until 25th April, with the special offer, simply book a table at the 1181 Restaurant on either Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Sunday or Monday and the grandads in the party will not pay for their food. Peter Stringfellow types in parties of two will not be included in this exclusive offer. Make it an Easter meal to remember. Tables going fast. Be quick! Bon chance!

To reserve your table call the 1181 Restaurant on 01227 389654 and say you discovered this special offer on thebestof Canterbury
