This business is just the tops! Efficient , friendly, and above all value for money! Liz knows what she is talking about when it comes to back care and educating clients with regard to keeping healthy limbs is included! Just great with great results!
I recommend Liz's Pilates classes to everyone I come in contact with. Her attention to detail is great and she knows exactly what she's talking about as she has 20 years or so history of the body as a sports injury therapist, and she's very entertaining!
I've been a regular at Liz's Pilates classes since February 2010 after some initial trepidation as I'd never attending fitness classes before and had no idea what to expect. I can honestly recommend Liz for her enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment in helping students of all levels. I have also recently had some treatment with Liz for my lower back (after the holiday period with fewer Pilates sessions - coincidence?) and can definitely feel the benefits after only 2 sessions. She certainly knows her stuff!
I've been going to Liz's classes for about a year now. She is always full of energy and fun though she does work us hard! She has helped me to manage a troublesome lower back and I now have a stronger core which has had a positive impact on my long distance walking.
Liz has loads of enthusiasm and is a cheerful support to all the levels of ability in our class. The programme of exercises is varied and designed to develop different skills. So the classes are never repetitive or boring- in fact they are full of good humour and we leave more supple than when we arrive!
Liz is a truly motivational character who knows how to keep people focused and driven to make the most of her pilates classes. I have known her for about a year, and from experience of previous teachers, can recommend Liz for classes that work and inspire and also make you laugh! What more can you ask for?
