Went for my second ever Brazilian (or so I thought) wax today and I am just amazed at the service, skill and professionalism of Kim. Kim explained to me that what I wanted (literally everything removed but the strip at the top) was actually called a “porn star” or “Hollywood” not a Brazilian and that a lot of places get the names wrong, but despite my mistake she managed to extend my appointment time no problem and was very accommodating. Compared to my experience at a different salon in Hednesford previously it was clear Kim had a lot more experience and I felt very little pain in comparison as she was so good at it and gentle! The finished look was absolutely flawless and I have very little redness compared to last time and I can’t seem to find a single missed hair. I will now be returning every 6 months and refuse to go to any other salon for as long as I live in Cannock area! 👌 5 stars easy!
