Steve visited our property to quote for opening [out] an integral wardrobe by cutting out a stud wall, bracing, making good and plastering. Upon Steve's arrival to quote, he was punctual and removed his shoes, putting on some disposable over-shoe covers before stepping into the house. His quote was competitive and cheaper than the other quotes we received. Upon agreeing a date to commence work, Steve called us 48 hours before, confirming [whether] the agreed date was still OK to start. On the day of the work, Steve and his adopted son, junior, arrived on time and immediately began to lay cover sheets in the hall, up the stairs, on the landing and in the work area. Their work, workmanship, and professionalism was impeccable. There was very little mess, which was cleaned/removed and tidied. Steve is [now] submitting quotes for other projects we are considering having done. We will not hesitate using SP [Steve Parkes] Maintenance for future work. A job well done, thankyou.
