I’ve been a member of the LTF team for four years now and could write page after page of reasons to join and transform your fitness but you wouldn’t read it all - so in a nut shell Stu is a fantastic coach and through his innovative coaching sessions (and some serious effort from me) has not only transformed my physical fitness but made me want to exercise and improve and have a more positive attitude to my health - He keeps it simple with no demonising of foods or pastimes and provides forthright encouragement and honest and open advice that will develop a better version of yourself and let’s face it who doesn’t want that - The ethos of the group is driven by Stu’s enthusiasm and determination to see each and everyone of us improve and the members embrace this with team attitude encouraging and supporting each which adds to the wholly positive experience - PS I tried to keep it short but when something is good it deserves credit
