Appalling experience with this company. Still not received funds that i over paid for almost 3 months!!!! Initial few cleans were OK, not brilliant but OK. My kitchen shelf was never cleaned, the mirrors were always very badly smeared, items were always put back in the wrong place even after id asked them to not put anything away, washing up was never done properly, various cleaning items left scattered throughout the house after every clean, blinds never dusted. Things then started to slip and i advised the owner many times, she changed the cleaner. Still not happy with the standard and having 2 clean cancelled at very short notice we were offered a free clean. For numerous reasons a few sessions had to be cancelled or rearranged. The cleaner just did not turn up on 3 occasions which i was never pre warned about. Then i was offered an additional clean the following week on the third occasion, to which the cleaner NEVER turned up. I was NEVER contacted again, No apologies or explanations were ever made until i chased for a refund of over paid monies. I keep being told its been done yet funnily enough is still not in my bank account. My messages get ignored or a reply asking who i am..... funny that when i cancelled the standing order before they chased straight away knowing my number. This is a shady run business with second rate cleaners. Customer service is everything with your business along with professional and good staff. You have none of this. Do not hire this company, they may well seem to do a good job initially but it will fade and you will not receive any of your money back.
