SP Maintenance (Steven Parkes) been called back to do more work for me. He has lifted the tiles cemented to the quarry tiles in my kitchen. Laid new ceramic tiles. He has the laud laminate both my living room and conservatory (he even repaired my dropped conservatory door) Has made a lovely job of all 3 rooms. Gone beyond what I expected. I am just disappointed he has now replaced all my floors and skimmed all my walls prior to painting so I am now struggling to to find something to come back to do for me but I am sure I will find something as Steve is so versatile. This man comes highly recommended.
Another wonderful job by Steve of SP Maintenance. My study used as a junk room now transformed with laminate flooring, skirting boards, window sill and new door. Not forgetting fitting the blind. Now moving on to start number 1 of 3 bedrooms with SP Maintenance to lay the new floor.
I have had SP Maintenance (Steve) to put a wooden floor in my large hallway. He has made a super job. Nothing too much trouble. I am so pleased with the job he has done. I'm now looking to have my study floor done and will be getting Steve to do all the jobs I can find for him.
