Steve has completed work in our house refurb to include plastering, fitting a new kitchen and laying laminate flooring. Steve was professional, polite and always arrived on time. All the work was completed to a good standard and all ares cleaned up when the work was done. all work quoted was at a good rate and quotes were given prior to work starting. I would definitely recommend Steve and SP maintenance to anyone looking for an honest and quality tradesman.
