Having used this company twice before we contacted them as we urgently needed a replacement garage door for my disabled mother-in-law (she couldn't leave the house at all without assistance as she couldn't open the door & can only get out on a mobility scooter, hence the urgency) - Its a 40 minute round trip for me to open the door for her each time. They knew this, took the order and 7 WEEKS LATER NOTHING..... won't answer phone calls to mobile, office or text messages. Furious I trusted them and they have wasted so much time - we have to start again now looking for another company. So angry!
