Must be okay as I'm still having my hair done here. Staff are friendly and listen to how you want your hair doing. Even after it being finished and you want it a bit shorter, it's no problem. Loving the products they use. Love getting pampered and it's always a lively place to visit. Feel like one of the family. definitely recommend.
