I love the friendly welcome at Car Friend. I love that all work is fully explained. I love that they competitively price all work- I’ve not found a similar reputatable garage as cheap. I love that they offer a free health check- I’ve taken advantage of this many times. I feel it’s advantageous that they offer payment plans for MOT & Service and Payment Assist for large repair Bills. Most of all I love that Car Friend is in my village so it is convenient for me and my family to use... we are lucky! :-)

This is by far THE BEST garage in Cannock! I’ve been using Car Friend for several years now. I take at least four cars here every year for an MOT and Service. If I have a concern about a noise one of our cars makes or a light comes on the dash, I call in and Car Friend happily check the car over. All work undertaken is explained so that I thoroughly understand it. All costs broken down and explained- I’ve found them to be the cheapest locally as well! This year there has been an ongoing issue with the one car and they’ve gone beyond all expectations to make sure the car is safe for my daughter to drive. All members of staff are friendly and approachable. It feels great to have a garage that is within walking distance that I’ve come to trust and value. Thank you for being so awesome Car Friend!

I saw an advert for Car Friend not long after they had opened. As they are within walking distance of my home, I thought I’d give them a try. Best decision I made!I loved the friendly attitude I received over the telephone when I made an initial enquiry. When I attended Car Friend days later, I was welcomed in such a lovely manner that it shocked me - I’ve never had such a welcome from a garage! Following a service and MOT being done, I then found the paperwork to be customer friendly- no confusing mechanic jargon here! All invoices are fully explained so you leave knowing what you have paid for. Oh and with the free health checks available here too it’s a winner for me- nothing like this to put your mind at rest! I took advantage of this when I purchased my daughter’s first car. With it being a used car I wanted to be sure I had made a sound purchase. I now take several family members cars here every year due to the high quality of work, service and staff attitude. I have never experienced a problem and have never left here feeling that I’ve been “ripped off” quite the opposite- many a time Car Friend have proven to be far cheaper than anywhere else.
