As a lady who has no idea about cars it is reassuring to know that car friend out out there. They go beyond the call of duty to help resolve problems with your car and always reassure they will try their very best for you. I feel confident to go there and know I will not be bamboozled with mechanical jargon or ripped off. The care that goes into looking after their customers from detailed explanations that anyone can understand, emails with details of the work required and breakdown of prices to cups of coffee and biscuits and an area for the kids to play while you wait, which makes it a lot less stressful for a parent. I can’t say enough good things about this business and I highly recommend this to everyone
