I had a problem with my shower hose that runs off the bath mixer-taps. Calling Scott on a Friday evening, I anticipated a few days wait for a call-out appointment - however, I was absolutely delighted by Scott's immediate friendly and very professional 'can do' attitude, and we arranged for him to call at my home on the following day, Saturday. Brilliantly fast service. When he arrived, I knew immediately that I had chosen wisely. Scott was confident, highly professional in his manner, and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He was fortunately able to fit a completely brand new shower head and hose straight away - and he offered to replace a rather inadequate shower hook with a brand new sliding shower hook - the entire service Scott provides is faultless in every conceivable way, He offers a highly competitive price, very much tailored to the individual customer. I feel very relieved to have found such a truly amazing local plumber. I would strongly urge anyone needing a reliable, skilled and down-to-earth plumber to choose this company.
