Called Scott out a few weeks ago to quote for some remedial works to a toilet and possible replacement showers. Scott seemed keen to help and came up with some good possible solutions. Sadly Scott failed to follow this through and despite several attempts to contact him to find out what was happening as we still have had no quote (even though I'd said I wanted him to do job regardless of cost). Let yourself down on this one Scott, very disappointed! Mark - Heath Hayes.
