We are warm again thanks to Jay dealing with a 'boiler behaving badly'. He described our problem with our heating as 'a bit of a funny one' but he thoroughly investigated, asked questions of the manufacturer and would not fit any part until he was sure it was necessary. A very pleasant, friendly and polite workman to have in your home.
