If you ring Tom Smith he always answers his mobile or rings you back which is a big plus these days. Came out and inspected our chimney that needed repairs/repointing and bay window re-felting etc. A few days later turned up on time and did all the necessary repairs. All neat and tidy and no mess. Also managed to erect and take down scaffolding the same day. Job done quickly but properly. Very good.
Tom Smith Roofing came out to see me on time and assessed the damaged /loose tiles. His team worked very efficiently and refitted the entire one side of the roof using new lath batons and some new tiles. Was very impressed with the quality of the work done in less than a day!
