We was booked in to Shawz for Pawz to have our new puppy pampered, unfortunately a few days before we was due to take her in, we found out our puppy was ill and we had to have her put to sleep. I contacted Karen and explained the situation and she was totally understanding and concerned which was lovely..... I know we didn't use Shawz, but based on how she dealt with us... I would have no hesitation in using her services or recommending them to friends and family....
