I have been attending Stuart Degville's Team Workout for the past three years and it is brilliant. You could not ask for a more understanding person than him. He is there as a friend to listen to you, gives advice when you need it. The workouts are different every week. Out in the fresh air in all weathers it is just brilliant. I love it .
