Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I contacted Tom at Grange Security Systems for advice with regards to replacing our old, low quality image CCTV system, within and around our business property. Tom was very helpful and had a great knowledge of his products. Tom provided quotes that varied in the products and packages that he could offer. I deemed his prices reasonable and given the rise of crime and break in's within the UK, I believed that this purchase was a necessity for our business. We placed an order with Tom and we arranged a date of install, that suited us both, only 2 weeks later. Given the current pandemic, i believe this was a very thorough turn around. On the install day, 2 lads arrived, on time. Both smartly dressed, polite and wearing their PPE, including facemasks(supporting their company logo) and gloves. They stripped out our old CCTV system and replaced them with new. Their housekeeping was second to none and they were generally a pleasure to be around. 4MP HIKVISION COLORVU CAMERAS WITH 6TB RECORDER BOX AND REMOTE VIEWING ON PHONES/LAPTOPS ETC - I would strongly recommend this CCTV system. The image quality is as good as anything I have ever seen. It is crystal clear day and night. It is also the first time that have seen colour images from CCTV at night and it really does make the difference. The menu functionality on both the recorder box and on the phone app are straight forward and simply to use. Visually - the cameras look quality and robust and I am positive that seeing them alone, would make potential criminals think twice. They are certainly a deterrent! In a nutshell, I would strongly recommend using Grange Security Systems. I am sure that you will not be disappointed!
