I was looking for a custom whole house av install and as a local company we asked lee at Ariel AV for an appraisal and a quote. he arrived on time and gave us a list of possible options aswell as a guide on the kit he would reccomend and not Request ( which is very important), from our initial booking to final completion his company and his workers and himself have been a joy to deal with, prompt timekeeping and courteous beyond our expectations, the final product we have recieved is absolutley fantastic = 4 hdmi sources in all our rooms and all can be watched & cofigured independantly ( cctv, bluray, sky hd, Nas ) .and then 2 internet access points to increase our wifi range and let us monitor/block content for our young children, lee even set up the apps available on my ipad so i can work all the rooms from it so i know what content is available on my kids tvs and their internet access points and its content are easily configured. The customer service i recieved from lee far surpassed my expectations, he answered text messages at really unsocialable hours and went out his way to make sure i undesrtood the install and the kit i had purchased, his stafff were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home despite my mad dog lol. He is very reasonably priced and very knowledable in this minefield and a lovely person aswell, i would and WILL recommend him and his staff to anyone i know who is looking for an ariel, satellite dish, sky multiroom, or a custom install that we have had.
