This is the second time we have used Prime Design. And once again their work is absolutely fantastic. The price Mitch quoted was a very good price. We had a new bay window installed with another large window and had some glass units changed to plain glass. Mitchell and Cal were at the job when they said they were going to arrive, very polite and clean and tidy after the job was finished. Both me and my wife are very pleased with all the workmanship by both Mitch and Cal. They were both very professional and I wouldn't hesitate at using Prime Design again, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service at Bird and Yates as usual. I took my car in last week with steering judder while braking. when I arrived I went with a list of about 5 other things that I wanted Andy to look at , he said he could see what he could do. When I picked up the car he had fixed the brakes and the whole list of other things I wanted him to look at. I then today took my car into Bird and Yates this morning after having a slight accident with a large Kerb. Andy said he would look at even though I turned up with my car out of the blue. I received a phone call in the afternoon that all was fixed. Bird and Yates and Andy that dealt with me were totally fantastic, very honest and what you need and also what you don't. The prices are very good and will be using this garage again whenever needed.

We had prime design to give us a quote after reading reviews on this site. Mitch was on time for the appointment, polite and didnt give any pushy sales talk at all. Just give us very good advice about what to have. The quote was a very good price and mitch even advised us on how to not waste money on spending where we didnt need to. We were very happy to have Mitch do the work for us, we had 4 windows and french doors with a few extra's put on existing fittings. Mitch turned up on time, the workmanship is excellent throughout all the work that was done. We had to leave the house while Mitch finished off the work, so we left him to it to finish off. Mitch posted our keys through the door when all the work was completed. We returned to the house to find that everywhere was all clean and tidy and Mitch even took a load of stuff down to the tip for us as he needed to get rid of the old windows. We are very very pleased with everything that prime design has done for us, we would not hesitate to recommend prime design.
