Took my Jaguar in for 4 wheel alignment as it had a slight pull to the left.. Booked in initially to check that all was free underneath as the car is now 11yrs old. Good communication, Gemma and Vicki are the very pleasant face of the operation and booked me in when dropping the car off. There was some initial mix up with pricing and the actual model and spec of my car but this was efficiently addressed and dealt with without any fuss, the alignment was carried out as well as a brief check of the underside of the vehicle to ensure all was well. My vehicle was then delivered back to me and with an adjustment in the price due to the misunderstanding absolutely excellent, Car Friend do go above and beyond. Thanks again to Gemma and Vicki and the guys in the workshop. Excellent result yet again.
Contacted to see if they could help me with a job on my Jaguar as my regular mechanic was unable to fit me in. I was very impressed by the girls (Gemma and Vicky), they came backtomewithinthe hour and had clearly done their research. They confirmed they could do the job and gave a rough estimate of costs. Arranged to take my vehicle in. They did the job and more and I got a pleasant call two days later to let me know it was ready. Great work very very thorough they even gave the car a wash too and did not charge.. worksheet, pictures and Invoice all privided for the history folder. Many thanks to all, will definately use again and highly recommend.
