Dripping kitchen mixer tap, not just a tap washer these days, need special insert valve. Phoned Scott turned up very quickly, did his usual good job. No dripping mixer tap. Needed 2 leaky stopcocks replacing & leaky kitchen mixer tap repaired. Scott came out quickly, replaced stopcocks (badly fitted years ago, that's why they leaked) Kitchen tap needed a part not easily available. Correct part quickly obtained all work is now completed. No leaks no drips. Scott spent a lot of time sorting the part out yet, still kept his firm price promise. He is very easy to deal with, arrives on time, keeps his word on price & is a proper fully qualified plumber. I've had bad experiences with people that say they are plumbers but aren't.
