Super Appart. Moderne, spacieux, propre et confortable. J'avais de quoi diner dans mon réfrigérateur en arrivant. Le ménage est fait 1 fois par semaine. A 2 minutes de la gare, mais calme. Je recommande.

We've had a great experience with staying at Signet Apartments, from the first moment of a friendly welcome by Anton, to the end. The rooftop flat has exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and stable wifi, which is a lot of aspects that many hotels can't properly cater to. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony. The option to call somebody 24/7 is a great assurance that if anything happens, there is somebody to help you. I also need to mention the luxurious toiletries provided by The White Company - fantastic.

I stay at Signet Apartments when I am over for business with Cambridge University Press. I've been very happy with the accommodations, price, and service. I've stayed in several apartments and they have all been outstanding - very clean, modern, and comfortable. The service has been top rate, and they have been very quick to respond to any needs I have. For example, on my last visit, the apartment I was in didn't have a blender (I love my morning smoothies), so I called Anton and that evening there was a new blender in the kitchen. I'm happy to recommend Signet Apartments and look forward to staying with them again.

We stayed for two weeks as part of our relocation to Cambridge from Australia, including our two young daughters. The staff were magnificent, they even went out of their way to buy the stressed adults a bottle of red wine and pizza for dinner for the little ones after our mammoth journey! Not to mention fresh flowers. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, very well appointed. They even let us stay a little longer when our more permanent accommodation wasn't quite ready. Great service, great apartment, and great location right by the train station, I highly recommend.

We spent a week in Signet Apartments during the summer of 2017 and were really happy with our stay. We found the agency highly organised and every detail was thought of. For example, rather than leave us a bottle of milk as part of our breakfast, we were offered and provided an allergy-friendly alternative when I expressed a preference.
The location of the apartment was ideal - seconds from Cambridge station and the new shops and cafes nearby.
The apartment itself was ideal -particularly the bathroom which is well-appointed and stylish. The living area and bedroom were fine although the bed a little narrow comfort-wise.
Overall, a brilliant stay. We'd definitely return.

Signet Apartments are superb; very friendly and helpful and definitely went out of their way to accommodate my needs - including meeting me late afternoon on a Sunday so that I could collect the keys to my flat. This is my second stay in Cambridge via Signet which hopefully tells you how good they are! The apartments are spotlessly clean, bright and airy, furnished to a very high standard and in excellent locations. There is also secure parking which is a rarity in Cambridge. If you are staying for a month or more there is a weekly housekeeping service which is most welcome. I will continue to use Signet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, particularly for the business traveler wanting to find a home from home!

I stayed at the Oak building on temporary accommodation for 2 months as a part of my relocation package. The pent house suite was really nice, well furnished and I felt like home instantly. Anton was very helpful and welcomed me with some food on my late night check in on arrival from the airport. They even provided me with a travel adapter on request.. the stay really helped me settle in a new country where I was completely new and I never felt alienated. It was a home away from home. Will recommend it to anyone on a business trip for a few months or even those on a long holiday. Thanks for the great services!!

I recently stayed here for a week on a course with work and had such a fabulous time! The apartments are immaculately clean, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel but better! Décor was beautiful. Comfy beds and a nice balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Perfect location 2 mins from the train station and lots of lovely pubs/eateries. Anton was a fabulous host and always on hand if we needed anything. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Guys!

My wife and I stayed for a week in Cambridge with our young son. The flat was well-appointed and clean, and the location was very convenient. The staff at Signet were very accommodating, allowing us to check out slightly later so that we weren't hanging around waiting for our flight. There were a couple of small things which could have been improved. Firstly, I had to do quite a bit of chasing to get a response to my initial email queries regarding availability. Secondly, when we arrived there were a few things missing from the flat, like the drying rack and the cot we had requested. However, these were rectified very quickly. All in all, it was a very positive experience and one which I hope to repeat!

I always stay with Signet Apartments when I travel to Cambridge for work. The staff are incredibly responsive and truly care that you have a pleasant stay. The flats are newly furnished, comfortable, conveniently located, and much better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Signet makes it feel like you're in a home away from home, and I highly recommend staying with them.

Amazing service, and a terrific apartment. We stayed here for one month as temporary housing after a relocation to Cambridge. Anton, who met us at the apartment on the first day, was absolutely amazing. First, he provided us with some basic groceries and dinner when we arrived, Then, when we had WiFi problems, he ran out to purchase a new Router and got everything installed and working while we were out. Truly great service.

I have been using Signet Apartments for years when we have overseas visitors as this provides a much nicer home from home experience than a hotel. The apartments are in practical locations across the city and in my experience have all been extremely high quality in terms of decoration and fit out. Highly recommend as an alternative to hotel option.

The apartment I've been at, which is The Triangle happens to be close to my office, during my stay in Cambridge. We had a bit of delay checking in because of the immigration process which led us to arrive in Cambridge later than expected, but it was all sorted out when I emailed them that I'm ready to check in. The place is clean, huge and beautiful and the person who welcomed me is very friendly and helpful. They've got welcome pack as well if you stay more then 5 days! The view from my place is the a residential area but pleasing to the eyes and it got everything I need. I think one thing I would suggest to have is bidet (you know, nature calls :P) and not sure if the phone is already set up to receive phone calls. Aside from that, I don't have anymore to say but I had an awesome stay.

We stayed a couple of months in a very nice one-bedroom apartment in Cambridge near the river. Modern flat in excellent condition and a great location. Signet staff were great, both in the office, and in the regular housekeeping crew who kept everything spic'n'span.

On each occasion I have stayed at Signet appartments there has been a warm welcome from a representative on arrival. All the Signet staff are great. I always request a space in the secure underground parking (which has 24hr CCTV). The flats are spacious and comfortable - a real home from home. There is no need to worry about arriving late and hungry - essentials are provided - they were even kind enough to substitute the usual welcome pack of pizza, milk and wine with some healthy fresh fruit and veg!
Minor problems (e.g: resetting Wifi) were resolved quickly without fuss.
There are enough utensils to cook with. The beds are very comfortable.
I've found the neighbours to be friendly and helpful. The flats are very secure. There are good local ammenities, incl the train station, cafes, shops and pubs.

The apartment was lovely - recently refurbished, well located and clean and tidy. Check in and booking was easy and organised, Anton did his best to help me find somewhere at short notice and to budget! My company will certainly use them again and if I know of anyone staying in the local area I will recommend!

I have originally booked an apartment close to Cambridge University Press, but last minute, I was informed that another apartment near the train station will be the one I shall have. It was a fantastic apartment with all the equipment that I need. Fast internet must be mentioned. The person who met me on Sunday afternoon was equally excellent.
Had some confusion with the free punting when I went to site my couple of friends last Saturday. Couple of calls were made and we were made aware that there should only be one availment a day. The punting company accommodated us anyway.
Over all, I am very satisfied with the apartment as it was very close to a Local Sainsbury, which was very convenient. There's likewise lots of restaurants, both casual and formal dining, in the area. Taxi will be the last thing you should worry about as it's very close to the train station and lots of taxis all over the place.

The flat is excellent, it has everything you need inc free coffee and sugar. The team is so supportive! I arrived early on a Sunday and went to a wrong address (I had googled Mill Road instead of the flat's address). When I contacted the person who was waiting for me, she came to pick me up in her car and took me to the flat! If your stay is longer than 5 nights you get a complimentary pizza and drink ...Every time I emailed them with a question, I got the answer promptly. I was very comfortable there! Thanks!!

I have stayed at a number of the Signet properties and have always found them to be clean, comfortable, conveniently located to work, transit and shopping, and provide everything I need for my frequent extended stays in Cambridge. The staff is friendly, courteous, responsive and professional, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone seeking lodging in Cambridge.

I have stayed with Signet apartments twice now - and although there were minor issues both times (wifi went down once, no AC in the second apt) I found the staff absolutely phenomenal in their responsiveness. Anton went well above and beyond to make my stay an excellent one, both times. I would recommend Signet to anyone staying in Cambridge!

Very highly recommended. Apartments are in great locations and are much more useful and comfortable than a hotel room. There are rare occasions when things are not perfect, but in those cases the staff has been very available and responsive, quickly fixing any problems.
