Had a terrific stay at 118 Warren Close for 3 weeks
Very clear welcome process. Someone from the property management was at the location when we arrived, with the keys and to show us around the apartment. They also had a small welcome kit for us with milk, juice and pizza as we were staying longer than 5 days. The location of the apartment is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the railway station and the bus stops in front of that from where you can get connection to most places that you need in and around Cambridge. Quite a few stores and eateries around the apartment and the railway station, including 2 supermarkets (Co-op food and Sainsburys local). Cambridge market square is approximately 25 minutes walk.
Really cannot think of anything that could be better. Our overall stay was very smooth, comfortable and when we had a couple of small issues, the management team responded immediately to fix it. The only minor issue that could not be sorted out was that I could not get a parking spot at the apartment when I rented a car for the weekend. But the management did give me advance warning before I travelled that they cannot guarantee a spot as most of it was taken. So, it was not unexpected.

Very easy and pleasant stay.
I just spent 17 days in the Signet apartments and it´s been a very pleasant stay, in all senses. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 2´ walk from the station and the Botanical Garden, and 10´ from Parkers Piece and the City Center. Everything looked pretty new and clean. It is fully equipped, including high-speed internet connection, smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc) and an Alexa, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine (including the necessary soap), etc. The apartment also had some of the things that you need, but it´s a pain to buy for only a few days (i.e. salt/pepper, coffee/tea, garbage bags, shampoo, etc). As for the service, they waited for me at the door and showed me everything. To my surprise, they had bought a pizza and orange juice, so that I didn´t have to go shopping on arrival. They also cleaned the apartment once per week, left clean towels and sheets, and some chocolates. Overall, it was a very easy and pleasant stay. I can certainly recommend these apartments.
There were some construction works across the street, and it was a bit noisy in the morning. But, obviously, this had nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Stayed in one of Signet Apartments (20 Devonshire road Carlyle House) for the whole month of January 2022.
The apartment is completely self contained and every thing you may need is there for you to use.
Location is very good , close to Railway station and just up the road is a main road called Mill road where is a good bus service.
Overall enjoyed my stay very well and the apartment is very modern clean and comfortable.
Will definitely contact Signet Apartments again for when I need to travel to Cambridge in the future.

Warren Close place managed by Signet Apartments was very clean and tidy. Regular service and maintenance was being provided. Apartments is very spacious and safe with two level locks. Really nice experience with our stay.

I rented a flat for several weeks in Cambridge and was very satisfied. The flat was fully equipped with quality materials, making it feel like home. The cleaning I was regularly. The team was very professional. I recommend Signetapartments

A well located apartment - 30 mins walk from Cambridge centre, along the River Cam. 10 min walk to the co-op, 15 mins walk to a small M&S and a Sainsbury’s.
The apartment was very clean and well appointed - washing machine / tumble drier / oven / hob/ microwave and good wi-fi.
Hotel quality bed and linen - walk in shower / balcony.
Nice walks from the apartment.
A real home-from-home. Couldn’t find fault.

Appartamento molto carino di buone dimensioni con un'ampia cucina e zona soggiorno. Buona la pulizia ed il servizio di pulizia. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario e l'organizzazione è ottima. Distanza dal centro circa 15 minuti a piedi altrimenti ci sono i mezzi pubblici subito vicino. A due passi dalla stazione.

Great kitchen, spacious living room, clean bathroom with excellent modern equipment. Very good service from Signet. Very handy location right next to the railway station.
Some construction noise nearby during the day. Bed is on the soft side. But these weren't major issues at all.

Was really pleased with apartments, smashing place to stay, modern and so clean. complementary Tea, coffee and cereal. location is fab. About a 20 min walk into town centre but plenty going on around.
Shame about thi and don't want to leave a negative comment as really enjoyed the facilities so just a minor comment. If you are driving to these apartments, you may need to park at train station which is very near by but remember to factor this as an additional cost. I parked for 3 nights and it was £48 which is quite heavy after paying for 2 apartments. No sure why couldn't have parking included.

I have had 7 stays with Signet Apartments over the last 2 months. Each one of them has been great. Really nice, luxury apartments, that are clean, tidy with a lot of home comforts and facilities ready to settle in with for your stay.
Staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. Someone is always on hand to meet me for check in.
Couldn't ask for more from Darren and his team, and would highly recommend Signet Apartments to anyone.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying with Signet Apartments during our recent relocation. We stayed for over 2 months, extending our stay twice, while we searched for our permanent home. The management team was very helpful throughout, including accepting our dog, and providing garage parking nearby. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed, and in a convenient location. I'd highly recommend staying here, whether it's a short stay, or longer term.

I would like to leave a review to say how amazing Signet apartments have been. They flats are clean, well furnished and spacious. The owners have been nothing but helpful, helping me when I locked myself out on night 1, to getting my letterbox key. They reply to emails very quickly. Overall they have fantastic and I highly recommend the properties.

Brilliant accommodations right next to the train station and very close to addenbrookes hospital. Staff were always friendly and very quick to help with any queries.
Fully furnished apartment and felt very safe at all times. House keeping was present every week however, I didn’t require this.

Really lovely accommodations close to everything! We were in a huge bind having just moved to the U.K. and our original accommodations fell through. So we inquired about this apartment very last minute. Anton responded immediately, had housekeeping come over to make sure things were clean, picked us up some wine & pizza, & met us at the property in just a few hours. The unit itself is very lovely, spacious with 2 bedrooms, a full bath with a large tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, & separate living room. We are having to do our quarantine period with 2 young children so between all of the accommodations of the unit and the abundance of food locations nearby able to deliver, we couldn’t have asked for any better apartment/hotel. We really are grateful to Anton for being to kind to us and treated our situation with both urgency and empathy. I would highly recommend staying here and working with them as their care for both the unit and their guests is very apparent.

My family and I stayed at Signed apartments from 27 Dec to 16 Jan during our move to the UK from Switzerland. The apartment was very good but special mention goes to staff. We had to quarantine, so they made the grocery for us and assisted during a particularly challenging period. Kudos to Darren and team, well done!

I was a guest at two of their apartments during the Covid-19 crisis period because I have a member of my family that was shielding therefore I ,being a doctor, was a liability in our household. I can say only the best for this agency and their properties. They really take good care of their guests and are always prompt in answering any questions you might have. The apartments are luxurious , clean and well equipped. It was truly a pleasant experience.

I had the pleasure of staying in these beautifully serviced apartments, extremely clean and well furnished in great surroundings. They are peaceful and perfect for working professionals as well as those who may have families. The support staff are also fantastic and always on hand for any queries.

I could not ask for better or more accommodating service. We were relocating to the Cambridge area from California and had booked an apartment using hotels.com. When we arrived the apartment was occupied by a long term tenant and we were left scrambling to find a hotel while our kids ran around outside the kind stranger’s doorstep. My wife, kids, and I then spent the night in a tiny room at the Holiday Inn Express. The next morning I called Signet. With in minutes Anton called back. Sensing my urgency to find a more suitable accommodation, Anton quickly coordinated getting us into the Ceres by 11 am that morning. With a little bit of luck and the incredible staff of Signet we were able to relax a sort our lives out after the long trip. To top it off he brought milk for the complementary cereal, two pizzas, and some sparkling white wine!

Great apartments in the centre of Cambridge. Have stayed here a few times. Modern and clean and ideal either for work or a city break. Close to all the local amenities and sightseeing attractions. Would highly recommend and will certainly be staying here in the future
