We have now fully outsourced our HR support to People Matters Ltd., Niel offers very friendly advice
and guidance on a whole range of HR matters. He is a very professional and business focussed individual,
with great knowledge of any subject combined with a very much 'hands on' approach to everything he does.
Niel also installs confidence in the way he is able to communicate with people at all levels and makes
everyone feel at ease immediately. He has now pulled together all our job descriptions, recruiting
documentation and contracts and put in place a very concise and detailed staff handbook, thus ensuring that
the company policies are very clear and available to the whole team, enabling them to know exactly what
standards are expected. I now see Niel and People Matters as a logical extension to our team and I would
