My denture broke and the team here got in fixed within 2days and the staff member who started me out was amazing did not catch her name but she the one who does the scans I give here 10/10 and rate the whole experience brilliant

As a nervous patient who's teeth were not in a good way, when I came to this practice I was treated with nothing but kindness and positivity. I was never made to feel embarrassed as has happened to me in the past. My treatment plan was clearly explained to me and I've now been back a few times and every time I have been well looked after. I booked 3 rooms expecting them to be together and 1 room was on a different floor. I asked to be moved but they were full. My room 21 was one that had not been renovated yet but was still the same price as the other 2 rooms that I had booked which were much nicer. The positives was that the view was lovely and it had a lovely box for tea, coffee and cups etc. It also had a bible in the drawer which I love to see in a hotel. We went to an event which was great. Food was very good at the event and in the restaurant.
The negatives more cobwebs than a Halloween party. Spider in the lamp. Mattress was rubbish, when sitting on it you could feel the base, had a really poor sleep. Long mirror was missing. Dated furniture. Bath panel broke. Shower was missing the rubber seal on the glass so the water went every where when we had a shower. Stains on the carpet, walls, bedding. Would not stay there again.

As a nervous patient the dentists and hygienists are always very patient with me stop when I need a second talking through what they are doing I’ve only even had check ups and cleans so can’t comment on fillings ect but staff are always understanding
