I have been a member of thebestofbury now for around four years. For the first 12 months or so I didn't really make the most of the tools and support that I had. After encouragement from the team (and a few pushes) I now engage more and appreciate that the more that you put in, the more you get out. Scott and Mark recently added a porch to our house and installed uPVC guttering, fascias and soffits. They returned our phone calls and emails promptly, turned up when they said they would, kept us up-to-date with their progress, kept the outside areas where they were working tidy and safe and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. In short, they did a fantastic job. Having used and endured (!) other builders in the past, we won't hesitate to use Horizon Developments again in the future.
