Phoned on Thursday came on Tuesday (only day I could do) cannot fault the price or the service and the gentleman were amazing. Things I did not think they would take they did (saved me yet more trips to the tip). They said they recycle as much as they can another plus ( or star if I could). They all introduced themselves got stuck in and never stopped till all 5 rooms were completely empty. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid (even after taking the extras I thought I had to tip) another star for that if I could. 2 vans 5 gentlemen done and dusted in just over an hour so I could get on with my day. One very happy customer thank you.

Scott and his team arrived within the agreed time and were very professional, polite and very respectful of all of our property. The house, garage, shed and garden were packed up expertly and swiftly with nothing too much trouble or too difficult to manage. At the new property the vans were unloaded swiftly into the designated areas with no damage. We would definitely recommend the expert services of We Move Anything in Bury . J&J H

!!UPDATE!!

Unfortunately, the car developed an engine fault just three days after I drove it away from the sales centre. It was taken to the service centre on 01/04 and, as of today (04/01), it’s still there.

I had expected an update today, but couldn’t get through to anyone over the phone. I ended up going down there in person just to get some answers. I was told the car should be fixed by the end of next week. Thankfully, I was offered a courtesy car in the meantime, although I did have to put down a £150 deposit.

On the way home, I also stopped by the sales centre and spoke with the sales manager. I was reassured that if the repair isn’t completed by the end of next week, I’ll have the option to choose a different car instead.

I’ll keep updating this review as things progress, but so far, the after-sales experience has been very disappointing.
