Very good staff, rooms a bit dated but overall a good place to stay with easy access to the motorway network, Bury town centre and Manchester. Definitely worth using as a base for exploring the attractions that are nearby..

so close to 5/5. Certain staff (inc management) let you down
When at the bar, we don't like standing waiting while management "fanny about" - just serve me and my colleagues the drinks please. Soft drink for drivers far too expensive.
Restaurant staff to get a personality, learn how to read people, realise people need drink/water when eating; be there at the end so I can pay.

Staff behind her very friendly
Reception staff very friendly and funny

When water out of bath/shower brown, and you know about, please put a note through the door saying nothing to worry about, rather than radio silence

We stay at this hotel at least once a month and it's fantastic value for money rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Food is also very good, and the leisure facilities are perfect. Looking forward to our next stay already.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, easy to check in and check out, all hotel facilities, bedrooms and bathroom were all clean, however in the bathroom there was a lot of mould all over the ceiling, walls and door frame, this is due to the fact there was no extractor fan. My parter is asthmatic and during our stay his asthma was badly affected and even since we have returned home he is now having on going problems with this. This is a serious issue which needs to be rectified as soon as possible in order to prevent the same thing happening to more guests, due to this we would not return to the hotel as this completely ruined our stay.

Stayed over for my partners birthday. Very modern and stylish. Very clean. The lady on reception was so helpful and let me check in a few hours early to decorate the room as a surprise for my partner. Greeted with a smile every time we entered or left the building. They had upgraded our room for my partners birthday and left a birthday card in the room which was a really nice touch. Beds are huge. Sky TV in the room. Warm and cosy and also airy at the same time which was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

The new improvements to the rooms and the system in Reception Area are very good, the bed was comfy and the whole experience was good ! The meeting was in Bury Town Centre, which was five minutes in a local taxi.

Good location, clean modern rooms. Good bar & restaurant with vast selections of food and drinks to choose from.
Our weekend was tainted slightly by lack of sleep as there were two weddings on our first night and another wedding the following night.

3am on out first night we had to phone security as couple in room next door had massive argument and were what sounded like thrashing the room.

Our first morning at breakfast was awful, we waited 20 mins or so to ne seated and were then unfortunately confronted by half dressed people .... seriously ? There should really be a dress code. It probably wouldnt have been too bad if in pyjamas - however uuurrrgh !

Will book again for benefit of doubt purposes.... perhaps we were just unlucky with taht stay

On my last stay, the fuse went off when I've tried to turn the kettle on.
You need to re-verify if all your electric materials are pass-tested.. all kettles must pass the electric safety test, but I liked the way the problem has been sort out. It was quick and safe.
