Comfortable.
Friendly staff, the location. the pub/restaurant facilities.
Breakfast was limited options. Too limited. The pub menu is also limited. If you want to be eat in, there isnt a lot of choice. Also no phones in the rooms, and when you try to order room service from their app, there is no option to charge to the room. So its a bit of a hassle.

Staff were lovely and super helpful. Condition of room a little tired in places but mostly good & spacious. Heater didn’t work sadly so a little chilly. And menu in restaurant was not great if trying to eat healthily. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok for the weekend, but we didn't make use of the gym etc
quietness around the hotel despite it being weekend; parking was ample; staff
had twin double beds though there was only one chair to sit on; tea coffee selection very limited. You needed the window open but there was a lot of noise during the nights from the M66

We had a problem with tree shoots that had filled all our gutters on the main house and conservatory. The house is quite high and we thought we may have to get scaffolding for the work to take place however Gary and his team came, scaled the house like spider man and cleared the problem for us. I would definitely recommend Excel Drainage, 5 star service and really nice guys.

I Purchased a Range Rover Sport for a really good price from these guys. The whole team were brilliant, super friendly open and honest and very easy to talk too. On top of that, they have very good cars in their showroom. They were very attentive, and helped me with all the necessary details in purchasing the vehicle. 10 OUT OF 10 from me, Id defo be going back to purchase another and i highly recommend, don't sleep on thess guys.
