Went in on the Wednesday morning, staff polite and really helpful. Delivery arrived the next morning. Driver was very helpful and explained all the options of where the load could be placed. Great price for the product. First time I have used MKM and will definitely use again. 5 stars. Thanks MKM.

We ordered 20 newlite blocks which we arranged to be delivered today, we live in a very inaccessible place to deliver to, there is no road to the house, to deliver anything means driving your vehicle to top of back of houses, and then walking down an unmade rough path to our garden were we needed the blocks the two chaps who came today were brilliant, this meant obviously hauling 20 very heavy items down the back of 10 cottages, no mean feat, they just got on with it.....I went to thank them, my Husband is 88yrs old and even with his trolley would have found it very difficult, I wanted to give them something, to get a drink, just an appreciation, but no, they were adamant they point blank refused, how refreshing to actually have real men, doing a great service to the customer, thank them again from Ken and Diane. I found out later that Ken also had offered them a "drink" they had refused him also. Great fellas to have working for you !!
