Emily, who we spoke to on the phone to make the arrangements was wonderful - so kind and patient and answered our many questions about the process.
Patrick, who came to our house to provide a quote, was courteous and helpful; he was very clear about our options and was respectful of our nervous cat.
Jake, Jordan and Chris who were with us on move day were incredible - professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled a few challenges with ease and without complaint, and were so respectful of our belongings.
We thought moving day was going to be the most stressful and difficult part of this experience, but it actually ended up being the easiest and smoothest! Should we ever move again we'll know who to contact!

This is the second time I've used this local company, this time to change the back door (I always hated the offset door the developer fitted. Fortis listened to what I wanted to achieve and centralised the door which suits the property much more.
Great quality rock door, perfect installation, and the team left everywhere clean and tidy afterward. I would highly recommend.
