Spotted a Mercedes A35 on Autotrader and left the £99 deposit. Within 10 mins I'd received a phone call from Zain asking if we'd like to go test drive it. Within the hour I was driving the car down the motorway.
Zain was great throughout the process and was on top of everything, even when we decided to switch to finance instead of rinsing the savings he was accommodating and I felt like he did have everything covered.
They offered a competitive price for my Kia Ceed that I would be part exchanging and the price for the new car was fair.
I had misplaced the V5C and some of the service history for the old car when moving house but they allowed me to leave a (very reasonable) £99 holding fee whilst I sourced these whilst still accepting the part ex. The customer service was brilliant, can't fault it.
I picked the car up the next day and have been enjoying it since.

I popped in for what I assumed would be some remedial work to a filling I'd had previously that i thought was still an issue, only for Mustapha to discover the root of the problem (pun intended) was an altogether different tooth that I'd previously been told would need to come out.
I was given the choice of A/B's or immediate extraction, so went for the extraction, since the pain was getting progressively worse.
I must say Mustapha's chair side manner is brilliant; very calm,& reassuring despite my tooth breaking and my need for additional pain relief. If I indicated I was in any pain or uncomfortable he stopped straight away and we resolved the issue.
It sounds like an oxymoron to say you had a great visit to the dentist, but the aftermath of yesterday's visit was that this morning's coffee wasn't followed by excruciating pain, a priceless outcome for £25. The best money I've spent in a long while.
