In general the hotel was what I've come to expect from village, clean curious and very well presented with attentive and helpful staff. 1 word of caution for this location if your an early night or have an early start, 1 wing of the rooms is directly above the bar area and is very noticeable until closing, just be mindful if you have an early night/start about which floor they put you on (we were first floor) and request to be moved to higher floor or the other side which staff were happy to accommodate. Thanks

The staff are great, they offer a consistent high level of service. Hygiene and health and safety practices are excellent. It is rare any facilities are out of use for example the sauna and poolside jacuzzi. The opening hours are good and I have recommended new members who are pleased too with their membership. A very good service from this company starting with the video survey and ending with the collection of empty boxes at the end of our moving house journey. The quote was good. The comms with Patrick and Julian was always excellent too. We chose the packing service as this removes quite a bit of stress from house moving! Although a bottle of Armani aftershave worth about £65 went missing (even though the loose plastic base from the bottle got packed?!) we were compensated without question.

The staff are genuine, friendly and courteous. As a woman walking into a car showroom alone, can be daunting but I was treated with the upmost respect by a highly professional team. Acquiring my dream car was made possible with a sensible budget . The Sales Rep Shaz was extremely efficient and made the transition and paperwork very simple and swift. Mark the Marketing manager was incredibly knowledgeable and Amad the Sales Manager was meticulous is making sure I had understood and was happy with all the fine details.
