Great customer service. From start to finish all the team were professional, from the initial consultation with John to the work being completed by the guys. Any issues were dealt with straightaway and communication was second to none. My house looks fab with new windows, French doors, fascia's, soffits and gutters. I love it! Fortis windows replaced all the windows, and exterior doors to our cottage. I chose them because they are local, the price was competitive, and importantly, had excellent reviews.
I was not disappointed with the results.
They conducted the job in a professional manner, always keep us informed of when they were coming, and the fitment date.
The lads kept on top of the dust and debris, and cleaned up before they left.
After fitting the lads showed us how to operate the windows and doors, which was nice.
I'm very happy with the results, and can't thank the fitters Danny and Steve, John who managed the job, and Pam in the office who kept us informed of installation dates.
