Amir Torkamani was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable and always available when I needed help or had a question. The whole process was well organised, and Amir kept me updated along the way, which made everything feel straightforward and easy.
Buying a car, especially when finance is involved, can sometimes feel complicated, but Amir made the experience genuinely enjoyable. There was no pressure, everything was explained properly, and I always felt well looked after.

I’ve always been a little apprehensive about using independent garages, but The Car Co in Bury has genuinely impressed me.
There was an oversight during the pre-collection checks, which meant budget tyres had been fitted to the car before collection. However, the service team handled the situation brilliantly and were committed to putting things right. Julia, in particular, was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout.
They agreed to replace three tyres with new premium tyres, as requested, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
It’s how a business handles an issue that really matters, and The Car Co certainly delivered. I’m leaving as a very happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent customer service!

People are always quick to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but I think it's just as important to give praise when it's deserved.
When I first received the quote for our house removal, I must admit I thought it was rather expensive. Well, how wrong was I! It was worth every single penny!
Our removal team, Scott and Ian, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. These two really know their job! The amount of lifting, carrying and moving they did was unbelievable, and they made it all look so easy.
They took great care of our belongings and even laid carpet protectors to look after our floors, which I really appreciated.
But what made the biggest difference was their attitude. They were friendly, cheerful and genuinely funny! Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, yet Scott and Ian managed to make the whole day enjoyable. We had plenty of laughs along the way!
They worked incredibly hard, never complained and were a pleasure to have around.
If you're wondering whether a professional removal company is worth the money, take it from me – absolutely!
