As a customer who was very afraid of the dentist and had not been for a number of years I heard about Synergy from a friend I and my daughter decided to sign up.
We were not disappointed, we felt quite at ease especially myself as I had to have quite a number of teeth removed and some dentures sorted out. I am currently on a program of hygiene cleaning and do no longer fear the dentist.
All the staff both reception and surgery staff are fantastic and I would highly recommend the surgery.

Excellent service. I had my braces removed by Synergy, Blackpool and had fixed retainers fitted and was provided with removable retainers. Everything was very well organised, time efficient and perfect.

I attend Synergy Dental Group at Burscough. Since my first appointment, l have felt totally comfortable and been reassured that l am in the professional hands of my dentist. Necessary work is always discussed and various options offered. This helps me to make an informed choice. At one stage l needed a new crown and great care was taken in making sure the crown matched the colour of my other teeth. This included going to the place where the crowns are prepared and l spoke to someone who was able to match the colour exactly, it was much appreciated. General check ups are easy to access and a reminder is always sent. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. I have finally found a dentist whom l would have no hesitation in recommending.

I had been with my previous dentist for 30 years when Synergy took over after he retired. My first treatment was quite major - front tooth crown snapped off completely. Ali and the team at Preston immediately put me at ease and were very patient with me, I opted for an implant and I am extremely pleased with it. I have been impressed by their professionalism and efficiency whilst remaining approachable. The level of customer service I have received has been second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending them

I joined Synergy as I was moving into the area and my partner had a good previous experience with them when they gave him an urgent appointment, when he wasn't even a member at the time. I needed a routine check up and decided to go private, with Synergy this was basically no different to having an NHS appointment in terms of cost and meant I could get an appointment straight away. The dentist even carried out an X-Ray as I was a new patient (at no extra cost) just to make sure everything was alright. I have since started an Invisalign course with them, it's early stages yet, but so far I'm happy with the service. They didn't get the 5 stars as there were a couple of times when I was told someone would be in touch with me but I had to get in touch. Would highly recommend regardless.
