As a new member of staff I can tell he is going to be a bonus to the team. We were also helped through the purchase by Gully, what a fantastic character and gentleman. Many thanks to 360 Vehicle Management for helping me with purchase of my new Ford Transit Custom Trend. This was my first ever van purchase and Chris was really helpful in explaining vehicle options, giving me the confidence that I had all the extras I would need once I came to place the order.
Due to the 2021 global manufacturing issues, I have had to wait over 3 months longer for the vehicle than I had at first expected, but this was no fault of 360, and Chris has kept me fully up to date throughout.
The van arrived earlier this week, on the day I was given for delivery, and everything is completely as expected. Excellent service from both Chris and Vicky (who dealt with invoice / payment etc.), and also an excellent price……..which I think would be very difficult to better.

After a slight fault on my new car, graham in the servicing department was on hand to resolve my issue. Returned the car and it was fixed for me and they even gave it a full valet for me for the trouble.
